Bulk Fuel Supply

We hold diesel, petrol, Jet A-1 and lubricants at depot and deliver them to your site on a window agreed in advance.

Our depot inventory

Product is bought ahead of demand and held at depot, so a delivery is set against stock in hand.

We supply operators in mining, industry, agriculture and aviation across the Copperbelt. An agreed delivery window is set against stock already held at depot.

Every load leaves the depot against that window. The driver supervises discharge into site storage, and the volume received is recorded on a signed delivery note.

Fields Energy is an ERB-licensed Oil Marketing Company. The licence covers importation, sale and distribution of petroleum products in Zambia.

Stock ahead of demand

Fields Energy buys product ahead of demand and holds it at depot, so an agreed window does not depend on a cargo arriving on time. Stock is committed to an order when the order is accepted.

That position lets a window be confirmed before a load is scheduled. Depot holdings by product are available on request.

Our delivery process

Four points at which a load is accounted for, between order confirmation and the signed delivery note.

101

Order confirmation

The product, the volume and the site are confirmed against the account before stock is committed.

202

Window scheduling

The delivery window is set against stock held and the vehicle assigned to the route.

303

Depot to site

The vehicle is monitored between the depot gate and the site, so a delay can be reported while there is still time to plan around it.

404

Site discharge

The transfer into site storage is supervised, and the volume received is recorded on a signed note.
